- It is possible to buy tickets at the venue and the ticket booth will be open at 5:30PM, 4th of Sep.
- You will be required to show ID.
- Cancellation is available until 10AM, Sep. 4 by phone at 010-9391-6014. Please remember tickets are entirely non-refundable after that time.
- Maximum no. of purchasable tickets is limited to 4 per person.
- It is not allowed to record or take photos during the concert.
- Any kind of food or beverage except water is not allowed into the festival site
- It is strictly prohibited bringing glass bottles or canned items for security reasons. All prohibited items will be confiscated at the doors.
- It is not allowed to smoke in the hall.
- As the hall doesn’t have its own parking lot, please use the parking lots near the hall.
- It is recommended to take advantage of the public transportation as much as possible.
