WAYGOOK won't send me emails

This username is registered to an old email account.  I registered a username with my email account but have forgotten the login information.  I've tried several times to have WAYGOOK send me an email to the new address but nothing happens nor does choosing the security question work either.  I have tried to email posts to my new email, also, and that has not worked.

Does anyone know what is happening?

Nor do such emails appear in my spam filter.
