You'll notice there's a thing on the bottom-right corner of each post that says "report to moderator."  If there's a problem with a post, such as
* broken link
* missing or incorrect attachments
* spam or offensive content
feel free to either PM a moderator or click that button. 

And the good news, after 3.5 years I finally figured out how to view these reports!  Thanks to those who have taken the time to report posts and notice problems with links or attachments, and sorry for seeming to ignore you before.  :-[
