Paid $5 subscription fee, cannot access lessons
« on: September 13, 2017, 06:33:27 PM »
Hello,

I paid for the subscription yesterday. I am still unable to download or see any of the attachments in the lessons. I thought I would give it a day to activate, but I heard that a lot of people who paid got access immediately.

Can anyone help me out?

Thank you!

Tthom,

I am sorry about that. Can you please pm me your paypal transaction number? I have an email out to the site owner about this issue.

Thanks!

I paid for a subscription on Monday, and it has already been taken out of my bank via Paypal, but I am still unable to access the content. Any ideas on what I should do??

Thanks!

Unfortunately, I don't see an option to send you a message.

Sorry, I feel like I should be able to figure out how to do this, but am having trouble!

Amazing how your only payment option is Paypal when so many teachers in Korea have restrictions on their accounts that make Paypal impossible. What a mess.

You need to have at least 5 posts in order to send messages so, I guess reply to this with useless posts to make it 5 total. Then you can message people :)

Ah! I've never posted before today, so that's likely why I couldn't send a message.

So...  I went to look up my transaction number from Paypal, and paypal says the transaction was cancelled. But I looked and the $5 has been taken from my bank and not reimbursed.

I'm now having difficulty figuring out how to send a message to admin -- I've already combed over this site to figure out who to message, with no luck so far.

Divine, did you pay and don't have access? If not, then yes, paypay is up and fixed. Please give it a try if you are trying to subscribe.

By the way, I think it would be a good idea to implement something where admins can be PM'd without having reached the 5 posts threshold. All the time, I see people having issues and then it's often responded with "PM [insert person]" and then they can't. I get why you'd want it generally like that, though.

Re: The last two posts, the issue is resolved on your account.  For some reason there's a date issue with certain accounts, we're looking at a way to resolve this.

If you are having an issue, you can PM a moderator or myself.  That includes users who have 0-posts, however they are limited to 3 messages.  This might consequently also be helpful for users who want to get in touch with recruiters and have no posts made either.
