I'm using Windscribe to access my emails at school (gmail, outlook, etc are blocked). It has a 10Gb limit, though I'm not certain if that's for a month, or lifetime. It's worked more successfully than TunnelBear which was my first port of call...

I use Opera on my phone to stream rugby games.  I haven't had an issue with it, and it's free.  I'm way too cheap to pay for a VPN.

Depending on what you're trying to do, you might want to find a vpn with a dedicated IP.

If you want to use Netflix or iPlayer eetc. they can figure out if you're using a vpn if they get hundreds of accounts streaming from one location, they know it's a VPN and block that IP.

By getting a VPN with a dedicated IP, there's no way they can know.

Which VPN services offer this?

I don't think you'll need a dedicated IP if all you want it netflix and kink.
Netflix has been reported to be blocking access for people who use VPNs, presumably based on their IP address (they can easily find the IP addresses of all the shared servers). Hulu was doing it for longer than Netflix has.

That's one reason there's also been services for smart DNS and/or VPNs offering it as part of their package.

Download tails onto a USB drive and you'll be golden!

Tails is untraceable and free!

It's like you weren't even there or born at all!

I am using IvacyVPN which is currently the cheapest option available and has servers in Korea. It is working well till now. There are other best VPN services available in the market that provides different functions but it's up to you what you want VPN for protection, streaming, anonymity, etc.

Depending on the websites you want to visit changing the http to https is often enough to get around the government page filtering. It work's great for err... video streaming sites?
